With expertise across a spectrum of treatment methods, we employ a holistic approach customized to your individual needs.

Our Therapeutic Approaches

We believe in a holistic approach, which means that all parts of your life are interconnected. Each aspect of your life – your emotional health, your physical health, your diet, your relationships, and your past experiences – are connected and influence the other.  We treat you as a whole person, not just a symptom.

My teammates and I have years of experience and training in a variety of treatment modalities. Here are brief descriptions of some of our areas of expertise:

CBT is based on the idea that our thoughts influence our behavior and our behavior impacts our life. CBT helps you identify distorted or unhealthy thoughts that have led to unhelpful behavior patterns and replace those thoughts with more accurate, healthy thoughts. CBT also helps you develop coping strategies to help you face your fears, manage your emotions and change your behaviors.  Read more...

Solution Focused Therapy

This treatment method focuses on current problems and takes a goal-oriented, practical approach. Past experiences and childhood issues are discussed only as they relate to the current situation.
